If this is the first time that you have logged in, you will want to verify your roster and then visit the Catalog. You will find the button for the Catalog in the upper righthand corner of your screen. In the Catalog, you will see the curricula that have already been assigned to your school or district.
Every school and district is different: it may be that your district or school math lead assign assessments and a window to administer these assessments. Check with the principal contact at your school or district about how to assign assessments before self-assigning them.
When you first access the Catalog, you will be prompted to conduct a walkthrough. This will get you familiar with how to search for and assign an assessment.
It is possible to assign all curricular assessments from one curriculum for a year, assign just one unit of curricular assessments, or assign a single assessment. For any of the options, select the series of assessments or the single assessment and then select "Assign".
If you are a teacher self-assigning an assessment, you will simply select the academic term (or school year) and then the class to which you want to assign the assessment. Once you have assigned the assessment, you may follow the hyperlinked class name to start entering data!
If you are an administrator assigning an assessment for the first time, we recommend that you first assign only one assessment, as opposed to a series of assessments. Once you select assign, you will be prompted to select the timeframe, class/course/grade, and school(s).
